We live an hour from town on a little Homestead 1.5 acres up in the mountains of Southern British Columbia Canada! Just started building here last summer and will soon start building the other half of our small house, so yes these 12 chickens are a welcome to us, plus we can sell free range eggs here for 5.00 a dozen.
