That is so cool! My Grandparents had a maple sugar farm I remember visiting when I was younger in Quebec. It was Soooo yummy warm from the sugar shack and put on snow then rolloed up on a stick like taffy lol!! We loved it!! Thanks for sharing this diiferent kind of take on that, it brought back memories for me!
