... cup flour
1/2cornstarch
1tsp salt
1tsp brown sugar
1tsp baking powder
black pepper
1/2cup cold water

Vegetable:
Kalabasa (kinayud)

Sauce:
Vinegar
Onion
Garlic
Red chilli

Mix flour mixture then add the squash mix it evenly then spoonful the mixture when frying need deep fry if it turns golden brown then its done..
