This LETTERING ART was inspired by a new book by Ryan Holiday!
Just read a little snippet on how no amount of external accomplishments and possessions can ever bring about genuine contentment.
Some find it uncomfortable to not do anything for a second. The inbox must be checked. FB must be visited (scroll all the way down).
But to sit still and be comfortable with inhabiting this present moment is very hard for us so accustomed to constantly moving.
The goals that we strain to reach, the goals that we think will make us happy, will they truly live up to our expectations?
We can choose another way, a way of less striving. Stillness is the key 💕
