I approve! That is a very good looking piece of fried chicken. And don't beat yourself up lol - many people struggle to perfect a crispy piece of fried chicken so you deserve a pat on the back haha!
haha ... was just determined to make the perfect fried chicken ... crispy on the outside and just soft and tender inside. this made my day =) mission accomplished! next task ... make the perfect "steam egg" !!
