... red-free, our main focus should be on love. Every moment counts. Every second matters. Everyone is important. Take a moment to sip your wine or coffee or tea (in my case, pulled tea with milk) with the one your love. Slow down, take a deep breath and remember love. To give love and to receive love.

Because sometimes in the busyness of the world, we forget about who we are, what is the purpose of life, but we are only consistently being drown in the vast sea of commitments and responsibilities. Today, let it be the day, we once again, be reminded that we are made of love. To love and be loved. Smile more today, not just for the camera, but for yourself, and for the people around you. Plus, we look better when we smile.
