hey my friend. i want to answer and give you my pov even knowing that some will have a completely different opinion and will not like mine.
...ups pressed send accidently... at the beginning of all of this i was very clear and made my point clear. i was with the community and with the 20 con. witnisses. since the fork happend, it was clear that there will be no agreement with js anymore. things got dirty (yes, from both sites) and out of the sudden, everyone had to decide on which site they are. that made me very sad, because there is indeed so much more "inbetween" STEEM and HIVE. and lots of 3rd party dapps just like appics or dtube are individuals with a long history in steem but no bigger bonding in case of witnesses. so why these dapps have to decide now? there was not even any time to get used to and or to adapt plans and strategies. what I find really sad is that everyone had to decide and it splitted a lot.of.people from eachother having a similar vision before all this. I am for dezentralisation but thats not so important for everyone. i even think that some of appics and dtube USER dont really care about where their content is stored. what counts for me is that i can use the dapps i like and for me they dont have to run on just one blockchain and they don't have to decide right now and they can take time figure things out what works best for them. i personally would be sad seeing you powering down and leaving appics. maybe we can find the opportunity to continue this with a talk somewhere. best greetings and hope seeing you soon
