More than 400 guests attended the first #Blockchain Symposium at the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg on the 1st of December 2018. In the course of the event the guests got to know various possibilities for the use of blockchain #technology.
Our aim was to provide an easy introduction to the technology. But also: What does the start-up scene look like that deals with blockchain and why is this innovative technology also interesting for #research and city administration. Among the Participants were company representatives of #NEO and of #Kraken Bitcoin Exchange as well as various startups from Tbilisi, Vienna, #Zug, Essen and Karlsruhe.
