In the garden of Good and Evil. Handcut collage 50,50cm.
This is a fun tribute artwork i created a few years ago for one of my favourite singers, Lana Del Rey. Her songs have been the soundtrack while i was creating a lot of my artwork, so i think a little homage was appropriate.I find sth soothing in this sweet melancholic voice singing, kind of everything is going to hell but it's ok.
It is a handcut collage artwork made out of prints in 110gr matte paper and the pieces are pasted with a stick glue on a black hardboard. I chose b&w images on a colourful background to create a striking contrast and also inspired by her pose in the photo i decided to include some occult elements. She looks like she is doing a weird prayer thing so i will finish the post with the right song.

Thank you for the support @artzone:)
love the moasic effect and the symbolism of the butterfly!
Thank you very much @satorid:) I use butterflies a lot in my artworks to symbolise the soul, or the ephmeral as a contrast to the eternal.
