... Service Delivery industry in the Philippines is one of the only few industry that remains intact and Operational during this COVID-19 Pandemic. Some businesses have opted to send PCs home to their employees to continue working. Some businesses have offered to add VL just so they do not miss out on a billing cycle.

I salute the people, from the management to rank and file of this industry.

Here are some reasons why:

• Tech Support - so people around the world continue to have their equipment working, to have their precious devices operational despite the pandemic. So you can continue to communicate with your loved ones wherever they are in the world.

• Financial CS - so people locally and globally continue to have cashflow and have enough money for their panic buying etc.

• Medical - so people continue to have coverage over their insurance, Continuation of Therapy and medical needs.

• Travel - so people still get to go home after all this cancelled flights and making sure thats someone from the other side will look for the best option that they need.

Personally, we do this so we continue to have income for our families. Gain financial security in these times when all other industries are bleeding money.

After this COVID-19, after the last Filipinoes and people all over the world has recovered from this Pandemic, I want you all to remember one thing, THE NEXT TIME YOU LOOK DOWN ON A "CALL CENTER AGENT", remember that we/they are one of the very few who drove the Philippine currency when everything else is dormantly waiting for the lifting of this Lockdown. We may not be doctors/nurses/pnp/or the military, (the unsung heroes) but in our own way, we are doing/did our part for our country and to help all our customers the best way we can with full of enthusiasm.

Mabuhay tayong lahat na nasa BPO/Inhouse/Service Delivery industry! All your hard work will be remembered for years to come! Keep working, keep grinding while maintaining safety for the people around us!
