Hi, @agent,

Our main goal is to educate people about art and to promote artists without infringing their rights. Financial gains are not our number one priority, we only share copyrighted works after receiving the approval from the artists themselves or under fair use in some cases for educational purposes only.

We may point out that there is currently no option to decline the rewards in the app before sharing the artwork, something that could be very helpful in such situations. I believe our method of working should not be a problem as long as it is in accordance with the WIPO copyright treaty which Switzerland is part of since 2008. On the contrary, we believe that such a working model could benefit both the community and the artists, the `dailyart` project on Instagram is a good example to quote. Thus, we are also ready to work with artworks that fall under the public domain until a way to decline the rewards is implemented, however, If you/stakeholders think that such a model will not suit the Appics community/project, we will surely desist all activities.

We also think that having an approach that only relies on `do what we want or you will be flagged and stripped from rewards` is not constructive (even though we understand the importance of fighting against abuse), we are just here to help people discover amazing arts (cultural consumers) and link them with artists, which is the thing that can help artists receive more requests/commissions.

Thank you,
