From a diet perspective (not health, just diet). I was once told to only buy vegetables that grow above the ground.
At first I thought the person was crazy ... but the more I thought about it... almost everything from under the ground isn't great for losing weight.
Carrots --> very high in sugar
Potatoes --> high in starch, usually cooked in oil/butter
Onions --> surprisingly high in sugar, usually cooked in oil/butter
Beets --> very high in sugar
All of the above are extremely nutritious ... but if you are focusing on losing the pounds, it's a decent rule of thumb.
I personally am not a fan of dieting (healthy lifestyle), but I thought I'd pass it along.
I guess that makes sense in some way. Too bad I bought Beetroot for tomorrow and it's going to get eaten anyway :). I love it. I'm trying to change my lifestyle as well. Trying to find some form of balance.
Good job on the swim training. I'm aiming to do some form of exercise everyday. Mostly it will be in the gym. It's easy because everything is there. But it can also be a long walk if the weather decides to turn awesome for ones!
It's a clear goal you did set for the both of you. Going to the gym together too? So you guys can motivate each other for the time playing steemmonsters does sound more fun than going to the gym? ;)

Cool time to keep it consistent :)
Looks like it was either cold or raining. Veggies are always a good thing though!
