... exercise is still going really well and I’m nearing the 120kg mark. Burning >1000 cal on a cardio day is becoming normal and I’m also much stronger than before. Clothes are looser too but tits and gut are still there. All in all it is a slow process but I’m steadily approaching my goals. I do see a difference especially when I compare myself to photos from the beginning of the year so that’s cool!

Keep it up. You will get there eventually. They say that slower is the best way to lose it so you can keep it off. It's all about lifestyle changes not fad diets or crazy training routines.
I need to get a t-shirt like that with a year on it. Steem 2018.
