Nice, we make our own fries at home, too. I like them double deep fried, perhaps that's a little shameful, but otherwise I might as well be eating health food :P
Haha, yes Double Deep fried makes them crispier, YUMMO!! I use Canola Oil its much healthier and has a high smoke point.
