Yes - I honestly don’t know how Bulgaria is different from Romania / is it almost one people?
In past we were one people(thracian people) but with the invasion of slavs south part of Danube were occupied by these imigrants...but genetically we are the same. Same as with Moldavia...we share same language, ADN, but we are not allowed to be one people.
