I am honestly worried he got caught in the craziness in China during all those protests... he just seemingly disappeared from the face of the earth.

Same feeling here, just I hope sooner or later he will give a sign that he is alive. Because even the steem on his acc. still there. So sure he didnt left because of his own decission.
China is no joke, I hope to hear from him also... I look for activity every so often.
