You are right - people don't allow animals to be animals. Bring them into the house, never let them outside alone, and expect them to act like humans.

Over 40 and that poor thing let that disgusting kid do it to him.
That kid should have those staples itself and get an injection! Kids like that will only get worse. Those parents are idiots too not knowing their own child and dog, not checking it, asking how or what. And that vet? It must be a blind imbecile. What kind of vet does not recognize an animal in pain, sends an always good and sweet, healthy do into death?
If my kid would do such a thing I would use the stapler on it.
All these kind of people make me furious.

That is what I keep asking me. I am sure plenty of people were willing to give it a home. Imagine that kid sitting there ... stapler in its hand, one staple after the other and the dog accepts it...

I couldn't find that story online (40 staples in dog's ear FROM THE KID - where were the parents, how did the dog go that long without a warning bite), and I hope it's not because the story isn't getting any publicity. (Maybe it's in German.) I'm with you. Publish the people's names. Shame them. And may the stupid kid with the stapler earn the Darwin Award.
