The second part is correct. The Steem-Engine APX tokens can be earned and exchanged for EOS APX tokens.
This is all very exciting. Im so glad to have been able to test the beta. Great app. Im wondering if there is any way to find out more about eos and how appics works with it? Im confused about how upvoting works now on the app vs. Upvoting with steemit. Any good tutorials out there?
What is the purpose to exchange them?
EOS is a big community that we wanted to include and the team is future oriented, so it made sense to create a gateway, which also enables us to list on top exchanges.
