Quais serão as suas resoluções para 2019?
Mais um ano vai acabar e todos começamos a pensar no ano que se inicia, mas alguém pensa em uma resolução que consegue realizar ou faz aquelas que fica difícil de realizar?
Eu tenho uma resolução que é cuidar melhor de mim, pois acredito que já foi o suficiente o que passei esse ano, então vou cuidar da Saúde que é muito importante.
E vocês, me contem suas resoluções, vamos compartilhar. :)
Boa @alexandrecseco! Cuidar da saúde é o primeiro passo para tudo. Com saúde física ou mental, podemos enfrentar qualquer problema, até os sofrimentos, que eventualmente acontece, já que estamos vivos. Conhecer a si mesmo, seus limites, suas metas, seus objetivos, seu corpo, são caminhos que fazem a gente estar preparado ao indeterminado que é o viver, e não apenas sobreviver. Ótima entrada de ano! Que tenhamos um ótimo 2019 aqui também! Valeu!

Isso ai @matheusggr, se bem que aprendemos quase sempre da na dor não é mesmo?!
Mas tenho essa resolução para 2019 e pretendo confirmar ela, alem de melhorar meu condicionamento físico, estou um pouco acima do peso e ajuda a atrapalhar minha vida! :)
