So this meditation is based on the Word-Secrets. Just lie on your bed before sleep and you just have to keep your body STILL for some time like 5 or 10 minutes. Later when you start to enjoy it more just increase the time with which you are comfortable. It can be 15 minutes, 60 minutes or whatever time period with which you are comfortable. So during this time, you have to keep your body as STILL and there should be no movement except your breathing and your heartbeat. Moreover, you have to close your eyes and you have to keep the word “STOP” in your mind during this meditation. But we are humans so it is not easy to stay STILL for a long time so we will have some itching etc. In case of itching just do it and then resume to your STILLNESS. So do not take small movements seriously and just come back to STILL body after any movement. This will increase success, happiness & calmness in your life. Have a Good Day! :O).
