I firmly believe that mental health is the biggest issue that we are facing in today's era but at the same time it is strange that we are avoiding this issue because of the stigma that is attached to it,let's come together and address this issue and be aware about it,various people are facing various kinds of problems that are hindering their personal and professional growth,and mental problems not just include depression,bi-polar disorders etc,but also involve anxiety,over-thinking,feeling of loneliness,emptiness,state of paralysis,and various other small symptoms that lead to bigger diseases,let's talk about anxiety today :-

ANXIETY -

-This is one of the most common problem various people feel,although a little bit of anxiety is considered to be normal but feeling it all day long can have a deep impact on our brain.

-Anxiety usually comes from fear, when fear of loosing anything over-powers us then it transforms into anxiety ,this is a feeling that blocks the energy and increases the pace of our breath.

-It also leads to panic attacks,sweating and most importantly depletes our efficiency,further it can cause vomiting,headaches the symptoms are dangerous to health.

-Also we need to know the difference between fear and anxiety,so for example if you are crossing a road you will check both the sides of the road and then cross it so you might not end up with an accident therefore this fear is necessary for the human body but when you start to assume things consistently all day long,create difficult situations for yourself in your mind without any logical reasons and then start feeling anxious then it is a problem.

-Another thing is that even if you are having real problems in life for example your business is sinking down and you are in financial depth then instead of searching for a solution you keep thinking why did it happen to you? why only you? why not somebody else? questions that are irrelevant and have no answer you are probably not on the right track, this thought process may lead to anxiety.

-The root causes of anxiety can be your wrong thought process,imbalances in your food,staying away from your home for too long,stress,wrong life-style,certain chemical imbalances in body that arise due to too much of travelling it can be anything,but you need to analyse that is there something wrong with my thoughts or lifestyle and correct it.

-May be you are at a stage where you are in control of the situation,thoughts and feelings then you must analyse the cause and find the required solution but if you are not in control then it is completely okay to take help from a counselor,psychologist etc,you deserve to be happy and not suffer everyday with such heaviness inside.

-So there are times in life when situations are not in our control,things just happen for whatever reason then we must have the courage to accept them and move ahead instead of developing a fear inside us,that is when we call problems can either break us or make us.

ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU ARE BIGGER THAN YOUR PROBLEMS,AND NEVER LET ANY PROBLEM OVER-POWER YOUR MIND ,WHEN YOU PLACE YOURSELF ABOVE EVERY FEAR,YOU BECOME UNSTOPPABLE!! :)
