Living without Fear

I've suffers from anxiety for 5 years. It is debilitating and humiliating. There are times where I couldn't get out of bed and face the day.

After medicating and trying different coping mechanisms, I have leaned to look within.

Meditating alone for 10 minutes each morning and each evening has set me on the right track. But I've also needed to introduce movement throughout the day. Exercise.

I hope this helps anyone with anxiety.
