That is magnificent, a mind-controlling fungus, with different versions specializing in destroying a specific species of insect. Nature holds the most impressive wonders if you care to look deep enough. That video is also a must-watch, the whole Planet Earth series , in fact.

I was surprised to read that there are many other examples of this "mind-controlling" behavior!
A similar fungus-virus infects caterpillars and spreads by melting the host's body from a high place. link
And a species of wasp injects venom straight into a roach's brain, to paralyze it so it can be infested with larvae, that grow inside its body while still being alive! link
