As far as I could tell it was an automated general message going across Inktober posts.
A message to all the people who have won one of the daily inktober prompts (not just inktober posts), a message coming from the guy who's coordinating the Steem inktober event where all those who win a daily topic get very nice rewards (such as one of your posts 6 days ago)
Anyway, if you want to get in touch its something you might be interested (the same as around 25 other authors who already got in touch and are please with the idea I shared with them). If not, that's also ok.
Congrats on your post about The Joker by the way, pretty good artwork.
