As incredible as it may seem, researchers have discovered that water and hydrogen, H2, when combined under certain conditions, holds the key to both unlimited free energy and superior health leading to the reversal of the symptoms of aging.

For hundreds of years “believers” have trekked to healing springs to be cured of many diseases. Were they all deluded or is there something about these healing springs’ water that actually heals people?

Cavitation
Scientists discovered that cavitation transfers anomalous energy of unknown origin to water. Cavitation also occurs when water is spun creating a vortex that you can see as water flows around rocks in a mountain stream. This phenomenon was documented by Viktor Schauberger, the brilliant Austrian naturalist.

Hydrogen Water Health Research
Hydrogen is a powerful antioxidant but it wasn’t until 2007 when medical researchers began to report on its incredible healing power.
In 2007 Nature Medicine published a breakthrough paper by Dr. Ikuroh Ohsawa of the Nippon Medical School in Kawasaki City, Japan. The research paper was titled: Hydrogen Acts as a Therapeutic Antioxidant by Selectively Reducing Cytotoxic Oxygen Radicals

Cytotoxic oxygen radicals are damaging to cells but not all oxygen radicals are cytotoxic. Some Reactive Oxygen Species, ROS, are required by the body to function efficiently. Dr. Ohsawa’s research discovered that hydrogen has the uncanny ability to target and neutralize cytotoxic oxygen radicals while having no effect on the beneficial ones. He also found that hydrogen is a superior antioxidant because of its tiny molecule size giving it the capability to penetrate deep within cells and even to penetrate the blood/brain barrier to combat inflammation in the brain.

The hydrogen penetrates cells right into the mitochondria, the energy factory in all cells, preventing oxidative DNA damage. Once the DNA in cells has been corrupted your body is left wide open to cancer and other degenerative diseases. Yet, up until now, there have been few ways to protect the DNA of the mitochondria deep within your body’s cells.

Since inflammation of the brain is caused by oxidative stress (free radical damage) potentially leading to dementia, hydrogen has great potential in the treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease and degenerative diseases of the nervous system because the tiny hydrogen molecule can pass through the blood/brain barrier.

It is important to point out that none of the studies with humans have shown any adverse effects from drinking hydrogen water. On the contrary, patients with metabolic syndrome who drank 1.5 to 2 liters of hydrogen water per day showed remarkable improvements in their health as reported in the study.

A single key mechanism that dominates all others is redox reaction. So that, if we can find a way to control it, we can conquer the disorder. Water rich in atomic as well as molecular hydrogen should be an ultimate solution for it as far as my theory is concerned.
