Greetings, Happy Friday from Team ReggaeSteem,

Jamaica celebrated it's emancipation day on August 1st, marking 185 years since slavery was abolished on the Island. Many celebrations took place from coast to coast. Cultural events, festivals, children's treats, beach outings, BBqs and more. Coincidentally, ReggaeSteem unlocked the JAHM delegation feature on the same day.

JAHM delegation is now live and you can start delegating your staked tokens to other accounts. We are pleased to have unlocked this feature as we feel it will help us to reach our goals more strategically, especially were ambassadors are concerned. Starting next week we will be delegating to ambassadors and giving a frame work of responsibilities to guide them on their journey.

Note: JAHM Delegation cool down period is 3 days ( meaning it will take 3 days after undelegating an account before the JAHM is back in your Steem-Engine wallet.)

We would like to thank all the early delegators that took advantage of our delegation bonus ( Ending at 11:59, August 2nd- 6 hours from the time of posting). The early birds received liquid JAHM, the exact amount they delegated in SP. ( Example: John delegated 100 steem and got 100 JAHM as a bonus sent to his steem-engine wallet.) They also received 10X JAHM delegation ( For every steem power delegated, they received 10 JAHM).

The next feature we will be unlocking is the Tube, so you can start uploading your videos and have a better ReggaeSteem Experience. We feel this feature will be vital to attract new users to Steem through ReggaeSteem as video is the most dominant type of content. Be on the look out for that annoucement.

We decided to offer this delegation for delegation as way to help distribute JAHM to individuals who actually want to contribute to the Reggasteem platform. In the near future there will be other perks for delegating to ReggaeSteem, but right now we believe delegation for delegation will bring out support from the true believers.
