Bravo! I like your designs and the site very much. I like the "order the design" idea as well, but since this is still pretty much a manual process I think you will maximize your profit if you have pricing options for bulk orders (lower your margin according to the number of T-shirts). For example you could offer a design and negotiate a deal with SteemFest organizers? ;)
This concept is suitable only for any steemit user that will create one design and offer the discount to the followers. Obviously I can not apply this to large orders! For large orders I can negociate but my feeling is that you think that one design will sell in more than 100 pieces (this is the minimum for any possible deal). This is usually not happening! I am selling 2-6 T-Shirts/Week!
Well, it's still early. If the Steem market picks up with suitable marketing to steem related events you may get rich ;)
The next design will be "You gotta have faith!" :)
