Steem Cameroon First Anniversary Postponed
Steem greetings,
Due to the timid response with respect to the fundraising for the Steem Cameroon First Anniversary and the falling values of Steem, @steem-cameroon is hereby postponing her first-anniversary celebration initially slated for the 04th of December 2021 to a date yet to be announced.
In an extraordinary meeting held between the Admins of Steem Cameroon (@thegreens, @fombae, @majerius, and @saxopedia) as well as members of the organizing committee (@chant, etc), it was decided that the anniversary be postponed until all the funds for the anniversary celebration have been secured.
A count down to the anniversary will be done once all the funds have been secured and a date picked for the anniversary celebration.
@thegreens was tasked with sharing details about the program of activities for the anniversary as well as the mobilization of funds for the anniversary celebration.
More details about the anniversary celebration will be shared in the days ahead.
