Shoukoku no Altair (Altair: A Record of Battles) Episode 1 Review
Hi Steemians! and Anime fans out there
For today's anime review I will discuss Shoukoku no Altair 
Animation wise it is real good. Looking on how the characters are drawn I can say that I am getting the vibe of Magi type drawings.
The setting is like the Middle Eastern country wherein people are wearing turbans. The country of the MC which Türkiye is somehow Turkey if I will not be focusing on the spelling of it.
Anyhow, the first episode is really intriguing and as someone who really doesn't watch anime related to war this is something that I should watch and monitor. Also, this anime is not been advertised and not in the top list to watch in Kissanime website.
I just happened to check on it because there's a new updated episode.
So far yes it is a good anime to watch for due to the following:
- Even though that it is somehow related to war, the first episode is not that bloody like Berserk ( I love Berserk btw )
- There's a conflict that arise already which the watchers should monitor.
- Since it is somehow a period anime, we need to be mindful of the conspiracy that will happen in both parties. ( Well it really happens )
- It is an underrated anime.
I cannot muster some words for this anime this time because I have high hopes on it. It now have 17 Episodes and I just started so what I am looking for is more betrayal and more killing!
This part is also touching, when Mahmut was carrying his dead mom and trying to rescue her hoping that she will be alive.
Also the MC Mahmut is somehow a smart kid so I got interested on how his wits will lead him.

Watched the first few episodes and it's like an animated version of GoT minus the R-18 scenes. :P It's low fantasy with lot of political plots, twists & turns. I gravitate more towards explosions and super power animes but this one's a good watch for fans of the series.
I haven't watched any GOT episode at all so I cannot compare. So far I am enjoying the series but I am just taking it one episode at a time. This is my first venture again on watching this kind of genre. The last one that I watched with some political twist was Code Geass which is I guess ages ago :)
More on the Idol type ako talaga eh. Kanta kanta lang pa sweet lang tapos world peace na (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ
Yeah just saying it's similar to GOT. Not really idol type pero I really enjoyed Moretsu Pirates, para na ring idol group and space pirate crew nila. :D
