Attack on Titan has the Most Episodes Rated Above a 9.9 on IMDB

Attack on Titan now has more episodes with a user rating of 9.9 or above on IMDB. An impressive achievement not held by acclaimed shows like The Wire and Game of Thrones.

When compared to the top 10 user rated shows and mini-series, Breaking Bad (ranked #4) has 3 episodes while Chernobyl (ranked #5) has only 1 episodes a user rating of 9.9 or above. Other highly ranked shows like True Detectives, The Sopranos, and Sherlock have no episode with a rating of 9.9 or above. Attack on Titan (ranked #51) has 7 episodes with a user rating of 9.9 or above (and the season is still ongoing).

This doesn’t mean that Attack on Titan is a better show than The Wire and it may not be accurate. There are 250 shows on the list and many will have 100’s of episodes. It’s however a testament to the quality of the series and how much it has evolved compared to Season 1.
