At this moment, while Shiryu is on the floor, he is contacted by the spirit of Shura, who tells him that he should not fear the spear, because he possesses a weapon as powerful as the spear of Crisaor, because in his right arm is the cosmos of Shura and with him his technique of the sacred sword Excalibur.
Shiryū gets up and tries to break the spear of Crisaor with his right arm but it does not turn out, so Shiryu decides to take off his armor, because he thinks that depending on it he will not be able to release all his power nor to the Excalibur sword that lies within his arm. And that's how Shiryu manages to catch Crisaor's spear and break it with his new technique.
But the general is not yet helpless, he takes a position of meditation and begins to levitate while expanding his cosmos even more and the simple manifestation of his cosmos is enough to push back Shiryu and block all your movements. Shiryu can not approach, because the cosmos of Krishna is channeled through his chakras and his Kundalini energy.

In the Sanctuary
Manga: Shiryu arrives at the sanctuary after his master has left the Five Peaks, arrives at the moment when Dohko confronts Shion de Aries, witnessing the start of the fight. Later Shiryu is the only bronze knight who witnesses the resurrection of the golden knights, the death of Shaka and the Exclamation of Athena.

Shiryu and the other bronze knights witness the clash of two exclamations of Athena and to avoid their devastating power, they raise them to the sky being trapped by the rubble of the temple.
Finally Shiryu feels the death of Athena in the distance, because they still could not reach the top of the sanctuary. When he arrives he cries for his impotence and when Shion arrives from Aries, everyone attacks him to avenge the death of the fallen. But they end up surprised to know the truth of the resurrection of the knights of silver and gold and their plan to defeat Hades, after understanding everything, Shion repairs his armor with the blood of Athena and leave for the castle of Hades to give Athena his armor.
At Hades Castle

On the way they meet Kanon and now, in an unprecedented alliance, the three Saints of Athena continue the journey through the underworld. Kills Golem Rock and then faces Phlegyas of Licaon but Phlegyas manages to defeat him with Hyoga, so Kanon intervenes to defeat him and move on. When Hyoga and Shiryu wake up the next fight has started, as Kanon has already beaten Stand.
Now they are in trouble as Radamanthys arrives on the battlefield and informs them that Seiya is in Cocytos, and that Shun has taken his place as host of Hades. Kanon is left to face it and Hyoga and Shiryu move on.
Hyoga and Shiryu manage to reach Guidecca when the golden knights have gathered to destroy the wall of laments. Shiryu manages to see Shura again and has the opportunity to say goodbye to him and Dohko ..

On the Champs Elysees
Shiryu arrives at the Champs-Elysees when Thanatos was about to attack Shun, but is easily shot down by the ruthless god. When the 5 bronze knights meet, Thanatos attacks them destroying everyone's armor, so Poseidon helps them by sending them golden armor through the gods dimension and Shiryu wears the pound armor.
But Thanatos demonstrates his power and also destroys the most powerful armor of the knights, almost having lost hope, Seiya awakens his divine armor and defeats Thanatos by departing to the temple of Hades. When Shun was defeated by the attack of Hypnos, Shiryu and Hyoga awoke their divine armor and managed to overcome the god of sleep, leaving for the temple of Hades.
In the temple, with a combined attack with Hyoga and Shun, Shiryu manages to stun Hades and regroups with his companions to continue the combat. Hades is a fearsome god, because he even manages to harm five knights with divine armor, but no one gives up until Athena covers them with spheres so they can return safely to the earth, now that Hades has left his Tomb Athena will take over.
After Seiya's death, Shiryu and her companions leave Saori's protection to help her with her cosmos to finally defeat Hades.
