Yes my friends this is the 3rd Soundtrack from elfenlied. There is no information who made this Ost but its clear that it is One of the saddest soundtracks in anime history.

3 . Memory Of Fanelia (Vision of Escaflowne)
This is my favorita one. Made by Hajime Mizoguchi and Yōko Kanno. After hearing this song i feel like a different person. Its like im changed. So Epic ......

2 . Trisha's Lullaby (Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood)
This is the 3rd Ost of FMA Brotherhood. Especially this Version is epic as ****.

1 . Sadness and Sorrow (Naruto)
The Genius who made this song is nobody else than Toshio Masuda.
When i hear this song i remember the Death of Jiraya my eyes start to get filled with tears....

Like I said in the Beginning this is only My own Opinion... there are alot of other sad themes that are epic as **** too.
