While Vermoud thinks Beerus has resigned himself to his fate, Toppo notes some sparks as Goku's fists meet Jiren's fists: he goes from defense to attack! Quickly, Goku throws a powerful punch into Jiren's chest, pulling him back. The Zen'oh are impressed as Goku's hot white ki invades the arena. Breathing still with difficulty, Goku gathers the ki around him in his body. Seeing this, Jiren tells himself that he must respond to this, and increases his power even more, sending a huge heat too. Jiren concentrates his ki in a single ball of energy which he throws towards Gokû, but this one appears behind Jiren with the ball.
Exploding this attack, Goku who shines now, attacks Jiren, avoiding his blows and landing some attacks. The Zen'oh are amazed at this new power of Goku, and the High Priest declares that this is indeed a big change in events. Beerus and Whis can say that, incredibly, Goku has managed to achieve full control of the Ultra Instinct. While Goku manages to touch Jiren without difficulty, the shine around her body disappears to reveal hair and silver eyes.
