dragon ball super 129
Goku started the Ultra Instinct for the third time. He starts fighting Jiren again. In the stands, Whis notes that this last occurrence of the Ultra Instinct is probably their last chance. Going beyond his limits to reach the level of Gods takes all his resources in Goku, and he has no more allies or means to recover. While Goku's movements have become sharper than before, he is still unable to place a decisive blow on Jiren. It's the same worry as when he was fighting against Kefla: He can not help thinking to attack, which interferes with the Ultra Instinct.
To overcome this weakness, Goku adopts the same strategy as before, and charges a kamehameha as he approaches Jiren. Goku launches his attack at close range, but Jiren blocks it with a small attack, and counterattack. Toppo notes that Jiren managed to gain control of Goku's movements and his power by watching Goku against Kefla before. Goku falls to the level of the arena, but it turns out that he avoided a direct hit using his ki as a barrier.
