ULTRA INSTINCT = FLOW STATE?

Ultra Instinct blew away the minds of all the Dragon Ball Z and Super Fans with his new transformation. With it he can practically fight without thinking . This concept can work in real life , I think the creator of Dragon Ball Z based this off of Bruce lee . People like Conor Mcgregor do movement to better their fighting and no one can read his style. The next step for sports combat is movement , which is also a form of flow state!!!
