The film Evangelion 3.0 + 1.0 will debut in 2020

The official website of the franchise has confirmed the premiere in 2020. In fact, on the home page we can see the image we put on the news this morning with the date added.
A teaser revealed before the screening in theaters of the film Mirai no Mirai, produced by Mamoru Hosoda, has confirmed the premiere in 2020 of the film Neon Evangelion: || (Evangelion 3.0 + 1.0).
The Khara studio announced the production of this film in April 2017 and, in July, it presented its first promotional image - available in this news-. In the same month of April, Hideaki Anno's studio began to recruit animators, modelers and other staff for this production.
The previous tapes of this tetralogy were released in the years 2007, 2009 and 2012, respectively.
