Today's pick in the Daily Anime Pick-Series where I pick one anime each day that I think is worth watching is Nanatsu no Taizai!

Since this season which is Winter 2018 the very anticipated second season of Nanatsu no Taizai is airing I thought it would be a good time to introduce you to this anime. This anime has a unique epicness to it. The protagonists you'll be following around are know as the Seven Deadly Sins which is the English version of the title. All of our protagonists are very powerful but they don't show off their strength. This creates a mysterious vibe around them and you simply can't wait to find out what they're hiding so you watch the next episode. The personalities of all characters also are very unique so chances are you'll find someone you like. The story feels connected and smooth and is rounded out by a wonderful ending that creates suspense and doesn't disappoint the viewer. The art style is consistent and very high quality. It differs from other animes. The openings really fit the anime since they are epic as well. The OST are catchy and fun to listen to. Put in at the right times it underlines the overall appearance of the show. So start watching it now and by the time you'll finish you can jump right to next season.

And just a quick note: Nanatsu no Taizai is the first part then comes Nanatsu no Taizai: Seisen no Shirushi a 4 episodes gap filler between the first and second season then a 1 episode summary of what happend to far called Nanatsu no Taizai: Imashime no Fukkatsu Joshou and finally the second season Nanatsu no Taizai: Imashime no Fukkatsu.

Description

In a world similar to the European Middle Ages, the feared yet revered Holy Knights of Britannia use immensely powerful magic to protect the region of Britannia and its kingdoms. However, a small subset of the Knights supposedly betrayed their homeland and turned their blades against their comrades in an attempt to overthrow the ruler of Liones. They were defeated by the Holy Knights, but rumors continued to persist that these legendary knights, called the "Seven Deadly Sins," were still alive. Ten years later, the Holy Knights themselves staged a coup d’état, and thus became the new, tyrannical rulers of the Kingdom of Liones.

Based on the best-selling manga series of the same name, Nanatsu no Taizai follows the adventures of Elizabeth, the third princess of the Kingdom of Liones, and her search for the Seven Deadly Sins. With their help, she endeavors to not only take back her kingdom from the Holy Knights, but to also seek justice in an unjust world.
