Post-apocaliptic anime Kemurikusa

in #anime5 years ago

One of the series that have peak my interest every other season of anime, are these, relative calm, relative naive views of a post-apocaliptic, post-human environments where the macropolis is all that is left from the humans, with the infrastructure still recognizable enough to understand what it is but with the glooming notion of their past porpouses. Like a broken damns, or a high riser cranes.

But then again, there is also like a huge amount of toxic material, maybe radioactive one that just evolves into their ecosystem and new life forms operate under these hard environments.

Currently, that feeling is given with the anime like Kemurikusa an original anime, that dwells into a weird isekai type world based on a post-apocaliptic world for us, a death city full of this Red fog and 'bugs' that fight to survive each other.

A human-like suddenly appears and it gets adopted by the bugs, and a whole narrative develops. Is certainly weird, but also very interesting.
