Tokyo Ghoul Season 3: Releasing in 2018?
Tokyo Ghoul is a dark fantasy anime adaptation of the original manga series by Sui Ishida. The anime adaptation was Directed by Shuhei Morita and Written by Chūji Mikasano, the series’ first season was aired between July 4, 2014 – September 19, 2014 (12 episodes) and the second season was aired between January 9, 2015 – March 27, 2015 (12 episodes). Tokyo Ghoul is set in an alternate reality where terrifying creatures called “Ghouls” are real. These are the monstrous creatures who survive by eating human flesh (like zombies) and live undercover among the human society.The main plot of the series revolves around a boy named Ken Kaneki who encounter with a female ghoul and ended up becoming a half-ghoul himself. Kaneki struggles with adapting to this new life and try to hide his evil side from human society and tries his best to adjust among ghouls. Kaneki needs to learn how to control his every day insatiable hunger for human flesh. The series is very popular among the audience and also has several games and movie projects.
The culmination of the second season of the anime television series Tokyo Ghoul left many questions opened, that’s why not all the fans remained satisfied. It should be noted that the first season of the given screen adaptation was totally approved and got many positive reviews, which couldn’t be said about the second season. So it is being said around the internet that a third season is being developed.
Season 3 will focus on Ken Kaneki who will turn out to be amnesiac and known as Haise Sasaki. He will be a policeman investigating the cases of ghouls in a special unit called Quinx Squad. He and his colleagues – the other members of this unit – underwent a surgery of organ transplantation which enabled them to obtain extraordinary abilities like ghouls but still remaining humans. With their extra abilities they can easily encounter ghouls.
The 3rd season is going to be more intense and mysterious.
