Anime review #1: Blend S

Synopsis
"Blend S" is a comedy/slice of life anime from the fall 2017 Season that tells the story of Maika Skuranomiya, a high school girl that is in search of a part-time job to start saving money and travel to foreign countries because this has been her dream since she was a child, however, she have some problems creating relationships with people because of her creepy smile that scares everyone when they see her. One day Maika happens to find the Owner (that happens to be foreign) of a cafe and this one doesn't hesitate to contract her, however, it is important to say that it is not a normal cafe, but rather one in that each waitress is given a role to interpret when serving customers; and what's the protagonist role? Supreme Sadist, of course. From there onwards Maika, with the help of her new friends, has to manage how to interpret well her role.
Personal Opinion
This is a simple anime without a very heavy plot surrounding it that makes your head run in circles and with a "moe" visual style that is very characteristic from this genre that makes this series very pleasing and easy to watch for a very wide type of viewers.
This is without a doubt an anime with a very great comedy potential that is very well exploited throughout the series thanks to its characters that, tough being very few, they manage to include a very wide variety of the most famous stereotypes in anime until today, like: The one who is always having a nosebleed, The serious one, The clueless one, The
Of course another thing that's not left out of the anime, and that is like a rule when writing the script for these kind of genre is the mandatory episode of the beach/pool.
Oh right, now that I remember, there was also a handful of romantic scenes (for the fans of the romance genre out there), though they always tended to get to a funny conclusion.
Conclusion
A light anime without a lot of things to think about and have a nice time when bored. Highly recommended for people that likes comedy and cute anime girls. For the hardcore lovers of gore and violence I suggest getting as far from this anime as humanly possible.
