Parasyte: The Maxim or Kiseijuu: Sei no Kakuritsu is an anime with only one season that aired in 2014. Tells about a high school teenager named Izumi Shinichi who has a normal life. However, everything changes when a worm or parasite tries to enter Izumi's body and take over her body.

Luckily Izumu managed to prevent the parasite from entering his brain. However, Izumi must give up if her hands become the place of life of the parasite. There was no other choice, until finally Izumi had to share life with a parasite named Miggi.
