The popular Beastars / Outstanding Beasts kissanime will return with a second season in 2021!

A specific date has not yet been announced, but it has been confirmed that Kimura Subaru (known for the roles of Goda Takeshi, Doraemon, and Satori Tendo, Haikyu ) will join the cast seiyu in the role of a lion named Free, a member of the Shishigumi gang.

Images of characters for Free and Ibuki (another member of Shishigumi) were also released.

The anime adapts Itagaki Couple's manga, in which predators and herbivores coexist. After the alpaca is killed and eaten at the boarding school, the gray wolf Legosi and other animals must humble themselves and solve various problems, including interspecific discrimination and love.

This story unfolds in a world of civilized anthropomorphic netizenbuzz, where predators and herbivores have to coexist. In most educational institutions, two units are allowed to study together.

The main character will be a gray wolf named Legosi, who studies at a similar school and consists of a drama club. It seems dangerous in appearance, but in fact - soft and timid. All his life he was surrounded by slanting looks and frightened faces, but he was already used to it.

Once a brutal murder takes place on the school grounds, which causes a wave of anxiety and mistrust of herbivores in relation to predators. At the same time, Legosi meets someone who awakens in him a feeling of love ...
