Google Doodle: Bicycle Day! (CSS animation,school project, code included)

The Project

For a recent school project we had to make a google doodle using only css. I decided to go with bicycle day (19 april 1943), the day the effect of LSD were discovered by Albert Hoffman. You can check out the code here.

After some sketching and trying out different things, i came up with the idea. The reason it's called bicycle day is because after some test in his lab Hoffman came in contact with the LSD molecule, after his work he went on a bike ride during witch the the effects of the LSD started and he started tripping for the first time. I put this story in an animation and combined it with the whole google aesthetic.
