amazing.

Great information my friend. I have just be lectured about crocodile from your post. I don't really know anything about this creature I will really love to see one for myself. Thanks for sharing.

We need to teach people who visit areas around the Kruger National Park/Limpopo Region and St Lucia/Isimangaliso District that the wild crocodiles are in the rivers and will take humans @giftedwords

When we have heavy rains they have been known to escape crocodile farms as well.

thanks for sharing this information.

If I lived in SA, that might be an issue. Fishermen are always looking for new holes, preferably ones without crocs.

Our largest concern in San Diego would be the Great White shark. I know you South Africans have them too.

Attacks are very rare, but we have lost a few surfers over the years. I've actually fished for shark (not Great White) so I won't go more than waist deep. It's not good to tempt fate.

Funny how we fear the larger things, no one ever considers smaller invaders @inalittlewhile always have had respect for the oceans, jelly fish, blue bottles the whole nine yards.

Haha. We had to take out a Widow that was nesting on our patio a couple days back. You're pretty safe in the surf, though I know what you mean. We rarely get the man-o-war, but they did come up with the last el nino. I saw a couple whole specimen off the kelp beds and they were huge! Over 8 feet in length. They would die and break up into bits that would still sting you in the surf. I've been nailed by stingrays 3 times. No fun, but it does help one appreciate nature.

I really like your posts, greeting

Thanks for the visit @luisananava have a wonderful day.

You're welcome, equally for you :D

That old guy has plenty of wrinkles though. LOL! Thanks for all those facts about those scary animals! We have the Alligator Farm a few miles away - Similar to your CrocWorld I guess. There are crocodiles and alligators from all over the world there. You can even zip-line over them. Ugh!

Henry is amazing and quite the talk of town as to the grand age he has obtained, would not even walk over the suspension bridge at our local crocodile farm, definitely would not zip line across their enclosures @dmcamera

WOW, is amazing

:O! that's a huge croc!!! and also old. Interesting fact about them having the mouth open to cool down.
Amazing pictures and post :)

They are very interesting @cobmaximus
