Buen inicio de semana hoy dejo esta foto de Lolo fitness entrenado con su Step favorito, usar step ayuda mucho a mejorar tu entrenamiento cardio y a la vez la parte fuerza, aumentando tus capacidades motrices derecha e izquierda, es un deporte que uso para entrenar así que si tiene un step usalo o cuando vayas al gimnasio entrena con ello y veras los resultado extraordinario
Pasa basico que puede pracicar es hacer el salto el conejito saltando al step y luego bajo en 8 series de 8
usa tu musica favorita para entrenar con el step
rutina terminada y feliz
