For the unenlightened, you forgot to mention how pyramiding is detrimental to a tortoise :) (currently assuming it's bad seeing as you said "unfortunately").

Basil looks like good fun. My oldest wants pet goats when we get around to moving to acreage, and if that happens I hope he's as good with them as you are with Basil XD
