Royal Bengal Riger(National animal of India and Baglasdesh). Short description.

The Bengal Tiger is one of the rare animals in the world. They are carnivorous and feed on other animals. It is light yellow in colour with black strips on its body. It lives in dense forest and grassland where there is enough source of water. It can give birth to 2-6 cubs at one time. Its skin and bone are very valuable and precious. Poachers usually hunt these wild beasts for their skin and bone illegally. It also has he capacity of climbing trees and swimming in water. They are found in countries like India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan. Their population is high in India and less about 103 in Bhutan. They are the national animals of India and Bangladesh. They are also known as "Royal Bengal tiger". They are the biggest wild cats alive. The male weigh about 229 kg and female about 140 kg. Their population is decreasing gradually so the are procted more to reduce the risk of being extinct.
