Interesting! Throughout my own life, I've found relationships with animals preferable to humans. They're more trustworthy, they don't borrow money...ad infinitum!

Yeah....you can tell that Oliver Stone's father was a career stockbroker. (The dad was also a market-letter writer, btw.)
One on the best lines in this vein comes from the character Lou: "Enjoy it while it lasts, kid. 'Cause it won't."
I always try to avoid Oliver Stone because of how he typically portrays Vietnam vets...But this is one of his better movies.
