Whenever someone sees my pet cat or have discussion about it in a gathering, the first question always asked is.... WHAT KIND OF CAT DO I HAVE?

Well, I own my cat and I have all the knowledge about my pet cat so I can answer them as easy as telling a story But , I sometimes wish that if someone sees my cat and identify it by himself and says ,"Oh my God! You have the Persian Cat".
So the question is how will someone Identify ??

Here are some tips that could help someone to identify his/her or someone else's cat.

Identification by Appearance:

 Colors
 Patterns
 Face structure
 Body (chubby and thin)

Judging features like face structure or body shape is work of professionals, but coat length, color and pattern, are usually easy to judge.

 First, you need to determine whether your cat has long or short hair. Accordingly, he or she is either a Domestic Longhair or a Domestic Shorthair, also known as DLH and DSH respectively.
 Secondly, you could match the patterns and colors of cat with some popular breeds and could guess your cats breed nearly and mostly and then confirm it by other means i.e. experts, forums, internet etc.
 Domestic cats can be differentiated into longhairs and shorthairs, but some breeds are considered in both coat lengths. Often there can be seen and mention of medium length coat.
 In case of health, both the pedigreed cats and random bred are healthy and properly cared provided. They got good care and received the proper care and attention. They born and raised up in a healthy, cared, clean and diseased free environment and surroundings. But, sometimes genetic ups and downs are caused by inbreeding or improper breeding experiments and these problems are often found and detected in pedigreed cats.
