We always try to pamper the little ones in the house, with some dessert, ice cream or cookies that we prepare with them. But our pets can also be indulged with rich homemade recipes and quick to reward them for their good behavior and for their daily snacks.

First of all, it is important to know that we can not feed our puppies all the things that humans consume, since it is important to take care of their health.

There are some foods that are contraindicated for our pets, as they can have some poisoning and other serious damage to your body.

Easy recipes for making cookies for pets

There are a variety of very simple recipes on the internet, here I leave three of them that I have found the simplest so that together with the children of the house can make them on this vacation and are they who enjoy the moment so nice to consent to our pets.

1.-Liver biscuits

You will need:
-1/2 kilo of liver, can be chicken, beef or pork
-300 gr of rice flour
-125 ml of water
preparation:
First, the liver should be ground in a food processor. Then, the other ingredients are added to achieve an easy mass to handle with the hands. Although the author of the recipe warns that the consistency of the liver will make it sticky.
When these steps are advanced, a mold is to be molded and the dough is spread with a thickness of about 2 to 3 cm. Bake 30 to 60 minutes. When removed from the oven, they should be cut with a mold or a knife in the desired shape.
The texture (hard or soft) of the cookie will depend on the cooking time given. They can be stored for a few days in a container with a lid, at an ambient temperature.

2.-Meat and vegetable dog biscuits

You will need:
-2 cups flour
-1 cup of oats
-1 cup of vegetables (carrot, spinach) cooked and processed with oil
-1/2 cup ground beef (can be replaced with chicken)
-1 egg
-4 tablespoons vegetable oil enriched with omega 3
-2 tablespoons brewer's yeast
preparation:
In a bowl, you should place all the ingredients and directly with the hands or with the help of a pallet until integrating and forming a firm and smooth mass. Subsequently, the dough should be stretched approximately 1 cm thick and cut with a mold or knife according to the desired shape.
The baking of these cookies is about 15 minutes.

3.- Homemade cookies for carrot dogs

You will need:
-2 grated carrots
-70 gr of whole wheat flour
-60ml of olive oil
preparation:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with the help of a trowel. Then balls are formed with the hands and placed in a tray or mold enmantecado or covered with greased paper.
Bake for about 20 minutes and let cool.

Something important to note, is that rice flour is ideal for pets, but depending on tolerance, you can use whole wheat flour and flour to give it consistency.
